For qualified reasons, you may return your order to Bryla J Couture within 5 days of the documented receipt by visiting the returns page or email info@brylaj.com. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. You may be responsible for costs associated with items that do not meet our standards for returns.
FULL PRICE purchases must be exchanged within 5 days documented receipt.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS are final.
NON-CUSTOM ORDERS are subject to a 20% restocking fee and issued store credit.
Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Any items with stains, scents or other damages will not be accepted. Bryla J Couture can refuse to return these damaged items.
If you do not have the pre-paid label, please contact us at info@brylaj.com. Please include your order number and order date.
Once Bryla J Couture receives your return and accepts the condition of the item(s), you will receive a refund credit issued in the same way you purchased the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be credited to your account once we have accepted the return. Due to increase in volume, we may not receive your return package for up to 15-20 days. Please use the pre-paid label provided to keep the process quick and efficient. Bryla J Couture reserves the right to change the Returns Policy at any time for any reason.
